Sport Specific Training:
What is it all about?
The sports-specific conditioning program began with Fabrice DeCola In 1992. Fabrice has developed programs that address such skills as multi-directional speed, agility, power, explosiveness, and of course strength and endurance. Every athlete is built differently.
Whether you are a middle school soccer player or “senior golfer”, our training program is for the individual who is seeking a better way to enhance their performance in their respective sport through very specific strength and conditioning techniques.
We have a roster full of current and former athletes from a variety of different backgrounds. At first we assess the athletes movement patterns and from there we are able to find any weakness he or she may have and build from there. When we train athletes we take a more functional approach. We try to duplicate the movement patterns of the sport and put together exercises that are more movement specific to the sport you are participating to insure a carry over onto the field.
