Our Group Fitness offers a wide variety of classes. Whether you want Yoga, Bootcamp, Spinning or Cardio Kick-Boxing, we’ve got the classes that will energize and tone you.
Bootcamp is a combination of cardio combos, strength conditioning, and interval training that will keep you on your toes. The variety of moves incorporating partners, weights, and obstacle courses will keep your workouts exciting and challenging. The different routines will help strengthen all major muscle groups, giving you a total body workout.
Burn fat and have fun with this kick-butt, high-energy class that incorporates martial arts and boxing. You will learn stances, punches, kicks, and defensive skills. This class will focus on you upper and lower body muscular endurance to create an intense cardio workout that will make you sweat like you've never sweat before.
A typical class involves a single instructor at the front of the class who leads the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training. Classes use music, motivation visualization and enthusiastic coaching to lead students through a ride that best suits their fitness level and goals. Most instructors will lead what is called an interval ride, this is where students will sprint, run, climb, and jump all in the same ride but there will not be definable pattern to the exercises
Vinyasa Flow requires the coordination of breathe with movement, a practice that turns stationary yoga postures into a dynamic sequence and flow.
