With over 20 years of experience Fabrice holds a certification in the National Federation of Personal trainers and has held certifications with National Academy of Sports Medicine and Aerobics and Fitness Association of Personal Trainers. Fabrice was nationally recognized as a collegiate, Greco-roman and Freestyle wrestler. Likewise, Fabrice has excelled as a soccer player, golfer, tennis player and runner. Graduating as a Physical Education Major, Fabrice has always enjoyed the fitness industry!
Fabrice enjoys working with clients of all backgrounds; From 8 year old clients to 80 years old; Post–therapeutic rehab clients; Body Toning; and sports performance. His philosophy in training is to first focus on posture, balance and movement issues before building pure strength. Brian Fenn C.P.T. N.A.S.M.
Brian Fenn holds a certification with the National
Academy of Sports Medicine. He has trained clients
from all walks of life, anybody from high school
athletes, to elderly clients with special needs. For
the past several years Brian has stayed very active
with his continuing education and has attended
seminars from some of the top names in the industry.
He believes it is important to keep learning as the
fitness industry constantly evolves. His main strength
is his ability to identify and correct weaknesses and
muscle imbalances in his clients. With today’s
increasing sedentary lifestyle it is becoming more
apparent that more attention needs to be paid to how

Linda Fandel C.P.T., AAFA
Linda has had many years experience as a certified personal trainer and spin instructor. Linda enjoys working with clients who want to get rid of the baby fat; and who desire to tone-up and increase their bone density. By attending many seminars, Linda keeps excelling her training styles to accommodate each client specific goal. Having had children herself, Linda understands the intricacies and obstacles for mothers to get into condition again. When not working, Linda enjoys running, spinning, and tennis. Tiffany Kelver
Graduated from Quincy University(IL) in 04, with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Psychology. Tiffany is certified through National Strength and Conditioning Association and has also trained elite and professional athletes under the Frappier Acceleration Program.
Tiffany has also coached at the college leve as the top assitant for three respectful institutions. There Tiffany was in charge of the weight and condtioning protocols for the women's basketball programs.
As an athlete, Tiffany trained under great mentors, leading the team to the NCAA Elite 8. She finished as Quincy's all time assits and steals leader and a 1000 point scorer.
